The Saudization Program, officially referred to as Nitaqat, is a nationalization scheme aimed at decreasing Saudi unemployment rates whilst mobilizing human capital to its full potential.

The program places qualified and skilled Saudis into work in relevant fields.
And since the founding of Alpha Pharma in 2017, the company has always been committed in helping the government’s effort in realizing a nationalization scheme aimed at decreasing Saudi unemployment rates.

To date, the company has hired more than thirty (30) Saudi nationals, five (5) of which are Saudi females, and we will continue to prioritize the hiring of Saudi nationals in different positions in the organization.
